StraCon was founded to link training system skills and experience with proven acquisition processes and practices valued by our government and commercial clients. We have extensive training and acquisition experience in both industry and government environments. StraCon readily understands and adapts to client needs as a result of our familiarity with and management of multiple types of systems. Capabilities include requirements analysis and definition, design and development assistance, Front End Analysis, Human Systems Integration Analysis, Capability Based Assessments, and full life-cycle management support. We become a seamless extension of our client’s team and supplement their program with the expertise necessary to ensure they achieve their product’s cost, schedule and performance goals.
