We provide a training systems analysis that is comprised of a Training Situation Analysis, Training System Alternatives Report and the Training Device Requirements Document.
Studies and Analysis
The Studies and Analysis team will perform studies and assessments over a wide range of specific issues of strategic importance to our clients. These independent studies will inform the client on a wide range of topics that include the types of training technologies recommended, Human Systems Integration issues, programmatic issues, and institutional requirements the client will need to fulfill their future mission and objectives. We will also perform advanced planning that will link to long range organizational goals and objectives.
Product Catalogue Development
The Product Catalogue provides the user a single source document containing all associated training products. This multi-use tool allows the program manager to immediately view all of their respective training products, from curriculum to devices, and are combined and associated for a comprehensive picture of the training system. Information includes, but is not limited to, training status, location, scheduled and completed upgrades, etc.
Training System Management Tool
The Training System Management Tool is developed to produce an all inclusive training database for your organization that incorporates all existing training processes, both internal and external. This provides you with a one-stop-shop for training program management.
Full Spectrum Analysis
We provide analytic data that defines the life cycle savings and return on investment associated with individual training system components. In-depth analyses of courseware and training devices include utilization studies and cost-to-benefit analysis for both long and short term requirements.
