Training Product Integration
We provide the validation of independent components of your training system. Our Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) perform an in depth look at your training system to ensure the functionality, as defined in requirements, meets intent. We supply our clients with recommendations and quantifiable data that are useful in determining the true capacity and capability of the training products being delivered. Integration during product development is a necessary process to ensure separately produced components or subsystems are combined and any problems with their interactions are fully addressed. Separate components of training systems are also analyzed in order to identify shared processes and content for reuse within other system components.
MATMEP to T&R Development
StraCon has been instrumental in assisting in the collection and organization of data for the CH-53 and V-22 communities in support of the transition of Marine maintainer training to the Marine Corps Aviation Maintenance Training and Readiness Program (AMTRP). The introduction of the AMTRP program will modernize Marine maintenance training and management, providing the commander with real-time readiness and currency status reporting for his maintenance department.
