How the DoW SkillBridge Process Works

1. Confirm Eligibility

You must be within your final 180 days of service and receive command approval.

2. Apply to StraCon

Submit your SkillBridge interest application or connect with our Talent Acquisition team.

3. Commander Approval

Your commander authorizes participation in the DoW SkillBridge program.

4. Begin SkillBridge
