StraCon announces the transition of Debbie Paris to Chairman of the Board and Ken Fancher to CEO

FORT WORTH, Texas — May 1, 2026 — StraCon Services Group LLC, a premier provider to U.S. military aviation and defense programs, announced key transitions.

Effective May 1, 2026, Debbie Paris will transition to Chairman of the Board, and Ken Fancher will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer.

This transition marks an important milestone for the company as it continues its mission of enhancing operational capabilities for the defense sector. Fancher steps into the CEO role to build on the strong foundation Paris established over the past 18 years.
