StraCon Awarded PMA-268 Unmanned Carrier Aviation Program Office Contract

StraCon Services Group is proud to announce the award of a 5-year prime contract supporting the Unmanned Carrier Aviation program office (PMA-268).  PMA-268 is a program office under the Program Executive Officer, Unmanned Aviation & Strike Weapons (PEO(U&W)).

PMA-268 is responsible for executing the planning, design, development, procurement and life cycle support of the MQ-25 Stingray Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS), an Acquisition Category (ACAT) 1B program in Engineering and Manufacturing Development, and the Unmanned Carrier Aviation (UCA) Mission Control System (UMCS), an ACAT II program in production, as well as future unmanned carrier aviation programs.

The Stingray will be the Navy’s first operational, carrier-based unmanned aircraft and will provide a critical aerial refueling capability to the carrier air wing. StraCon duties require program/project management, administrative, budget and financial management, corporate operations and FMS support for PMA-268 Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), and along with our proven track record of Enhancing Operational Capability,  StraCon strives to provide our customers with Excellence In Execution that ultimately advances their mission.
