StraCon joins ATSI on NAVAIR AEA contract

FORT WORTH, Texas – May 11, 2026 – StraCon announced its selection as a subcontractor to American Technology Solutions International Corp. (ATSI) on a five-year contract (one base year and four one-year option periods). Together, the team will support the Naval Air Systems Command’s (NAVAIR) Airborne Electronic Attack (AEA) Program Office (PMA-234) under the Program Executive Office for Tactical Aircraft, or PEO(T).

This collaboration brings industry expertise to provide critical support services that enhance naval aviation readiness.

Under the contract, StraCon will work alongside with ATSI to deliver program management, financial management and analytical support services. These efforts support the mission of PMA-234, which is responsible for developing, acquiring, fielding and sustaining airborne electronic attack capabilities for the U.S. Navy.

PMA-234 manages key systems, including the EA-18G Growler aircraft and its associated electronic warfare suites, such as the AN/ALQ-218 receiver system and AN/ALQ-99 tactical jamming system, while advancing next-generation capabilities like the Next Generation Jammer (NGJ). These systems provide the fleet with the ability to disrupt, deceive and deny adversary radar and communications, enabling freedom of maneuver in contested environments.

StraCon’s support will contribute to the full lifecycle management of these systems, helping ensure they remain operational, effective and aligned with evolving mission requirements.

As a subcontractor, StraCon will provide experienced professionals in defense acquisition and program execution. The company will integrate with ATSI to deliver agile, data-driven analytical and financial management support, enabling PMA-234 to address complex challenges while maintaining cost, schedule and performance objectives.

This effort reflects a shared commitment to strengthening warfighter readiness and advancing electronic warfare capabilities for naval aviation. By working alongside ATSI, StraCon will help ensure the AEA Program Office executes its mission with precision and agility in support of the U.S. Navy.
